Welcome to Knockout Exteriors. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, contact forms, services, and any interactions with our company.

1. Services Provided

Knockout Exteriors offers residential and commercial exterior improvement services, including but not limited to:

-Roofing installation and repair

-Siding services

-Gutter installation and cleaning

-Window replacement

-Chimney repair

All service agreements are outlined in separate contracts or estimates provided prior to project start.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are free and based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing is subject to on-site inspection and may be revised if the scope of work changes.

3. Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work site, including any necessary permissions or gate codes. If access is delayed or denied, project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

4. Payments

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment terms are:

-A deposit may be required before work begins

-Balance due upon project completion

-Accepted forms: credit card, check, ACH, or other approved methods

Late payments may incur interest charges or collection fees as outlined in individual agreements.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty terms vary by service and product, and will be clearly communicated in your contract. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage from misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or work performed by other contractors.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a scheduled service by giving written notice. Refunds of deposits will be issued only if materials have not been ordered or labor has not been scheduled. Cancellations within 48 hours of project start may incur a fee to cover planning and material costs.

7. Limitations of Liability

Knockout Exteriors is not liable for:

-Delays caused by weather, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond our control

-Pre-existing damage or structural issues

-Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services

Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the related service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, text, images, and designs—is the property of Knockout Exteriors and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect and use your data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Kentucky. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Kentucky.
